Application Process

Thank you for your interest in applying to ISHCMC – AA. We aim to make the admissions process a pleasant, straightforward experience. Enrollment can be done in two ways: by submitting an Online Application Form or by applying via Email. Please read this section in detail to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Apply via 3-Step Admissions Process

Step 1: Submit Application

  • Submit our Online Application Form, or send all necessary documents via email to admissions@aavn.edu.vn.
  • Complete Application checklist and an admissions fee. A detailed list of the required documents is available on this page.
  • Applications are considered in chronological order of receipt.

Step 2: Admission Review

  • Once all required documents and admissions fee have been received, The application will be reviewed.
  • More information may be requested from you or from your child’s previous school. 
  • Age-specific assessments with the academic team and informal interview will be scheduled and arranged.

Step 3: Offer

  • If admissible and space is available, placement will be offered
  • Medical Examination Form will need to be completed and returned prior to the student’s start date.

Rolling applications are accepted throughout the school year, provided space is available. To apply via email, please send all the necessary documents listed in this page to admissions@aavn.edu.vn.

  1. Application form
  2. Application fee
  3. Two identical passport photos
  4. Photocopy of student and parent passport
  5. Photocopy of birth certificate
  6. Medical examination form
  7. Official transcript or report cards for the previous two years
  8. Any educational or specialist evaluation report
